Peau Belle 3-Day Exchange Policy

At Peau Belle, we value your trust and want you to love your skincare products. If for any reason you need to exchange your order, we offer a 3-day exchange policy with the following terms:

Eligibility for Exchange

  • Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • A receipt or order confirmation is required for all exchanges.


Who Pays the Shipping?

1. If it’s our mistake
If you received the wrong product, wrong shade/color, or your item arrived damaged, Peau Belle will bear all return and re-shipping costs.

2. If it’s a change of mind
If you wish to exchange because you changed your mind, selected the wrong product, or want a different shade/color:

  • You will pay for return shipping to us.

  • Peau Belle will cover the shipping cost when sending you the replacement product.


Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot exchange:

  • Opened or used skincare products.

  • Items missing original packaging or safety seals.

  • Products bought on sale, clearance, or promotional bundles.
